The contents of your order and the details provided can no longer be edited once the order has been registered and the invoice has been sent.
If your package has already been shipped, you can return it once you have received it. Make sure you contact us before returning your order so that we can send you a return label. Orders returned without a return label will not be accepted.

Your package may be shipped at any time, so it is very important that you provide the following details when you contact us:
- Full name
- Order number (MXXXXX)
- Reason for cancellation/change
