The weekly report is an email that you'll receive once a week, on Monday (or on Wednesday if some of your data hasn't been synced by Monday). This report provides you with information about the following aspects:

Weight

  • How much you currently weigh
  • How much you've lost or gained in the past week
  • What your goal is
  • How far you are from reaching your goal

There are a few rules that dictate what information is sent in the weekly report:

  • You'll get your average weight if you have at least one weight measurement for the previous week.
  • You'll get your trend if you have at least one weight measurement for the previous week and one for the week before.
  • You'll get your goal if you have set a weight goal.
  • You'll get information about how far you are from your goal if you have set a weight goal and have at least one weight measurement for the previous week.

If the unit used for the weight in the report is not the same as the one you've set in the Nokia Health Mate app, you may have to set it from the web dashboard. To do so:

  1. Navigate to the Online Dashboard.
  2. Click on your avatar at the top right corner and select Settings.
  3. Select the correct weight unit.

Activity

  • How much you've walked each day in average during the past week
  • How many or less steps you've made in the past week

  • You'll get your goal if you have set a daily step goal.
  • You'll get information about how far you are from your goal if you have set a daily step goal and have activity data for the previous week.

Sleep

  • How much you've slept each night in average during the past week
  • How much more or less you've slept in average in the past week

Heart

  • What your average blood pressure is
  • What your highest heart rate is
  • What your lowest heart rate is
  • What your average resting heart rate is (if you have a Withings Aura)

There are a few rules that dictate what information is sent in the weekly report:
