If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 30 days to contact us to arrange a return. After this time, you will no longer be able to return it to us. For more information about our returns policy, please see our General Terms and Conditions.
To return your order, please contact us by clicking on Contact us at the bottom of this page. We will send you a returns label as well as instructions about what you need to do. Please note that orders returned without a returns label will not be accepted.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be provided by the customer if the product is not determined to be defective. Feel free to troubleshoot your product issue with our Support Team to make this assessment before sending back your product.
To speed up the process of dealing with your request, make sure you provide the following details:
- The order number (MXXXXX)
- The reason for the return
- The serial number (MAC address) of each of the devices in the order
