We will send you three emails after your order has been placed:
- The order confirmation
- The invoice
- The shipping confirmation
These emails will tell you about the actual progress of your order including the shipping date (with a tracking number), and allow you to keep your purchase invoice.
If you have not received an order confirmation email, we recommend that you:
- Make sure the email address you entered when placing your order is correct.
- Check the Spam folder for your email account.

To help us process your order, make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name.
- The date and time at which you placed your order.
- Your order number.
